As a Registered Counselor and a Life Coach I offer counselling, coaching and wellness support from a Catholic perspective. I integrate faith, psychology and common sense in my practice. My approach is grounded in a deep belief that God made us as a whole person and that our emotions and our spirit are inseparably connected with our physical. Therefore, I also implement a preventative nutrition and natural remedies as essential elements in my holistic treatment of a person. Applying it all together, with the great wisdom revealed through the Scriptures, I address the whole person- body, mind and spirit- which allow to bring the true and lasting healing. I support my clients on their journey to lead a better life. I am a Registered Counselor with Australian Counseling Association (ACA), Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Certified Multiple Brain Integration Technique Coach (mBit), Master Practitioner of Conscious Hypnosis, Master Practitioner of Life Coaching and I held a Bachelor of Psychology & Counseling Degree. I assist and inspire my clients to recognize and release any blockages that prevent them from living a full potential life.
