WHAT IS REMEDIAL MASSAGE Remedial massage is the systematic assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management. Our remedial therapists have knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology to determine where to treat our clients. 30MIN TREATMENT In a 30min massage treatment we are able to concentrate on one area. We will work on major muscle groups to help with pain management. 60MIN TREATMENT In a 60min massage treatment we are able to look at a holistic approach. We will work on major muscle groups and are able to spend time to release and stretch the connective muscle groups. You will receive advice for stretching and strengthening exercises to continue your treatment at home.
