Ishrat children's services are early learning services ‘on wheels'. Outreach educators visit communities to deliver quality early learning and care services where centre-based delivery is not readily available. Ishrat Family children's services take on many forms including pre-school, child care, toy libraries, playsessions and playgroups. Services generally work with children 0-6 years old.
