For most of my life I felt unsafe. Unsafe to be a women. Unsafe to feel or express my emotions- to be expressive. Unsafe to be myself. I desire to live in a world where we can all be ourselves, regardless of the expectations placed upon us, by others. I help individuals connect back to their bodies and clear the emotional blocks in the way of having the life that they dream of.
